    This recipe was very easy to prepare and tasty. Adding lemon juice over the top of the cooked cutlets is a must!

    I fixed this for my son, my daughter and my 3 grandchildren, ranging in age from 12 to 3. All the picky eaters enjoyed it. Maybe because it borders on being rather bland is the reason it appealed to everyone in all age groups. Don't get me wrong, I liked it very much and have made it several times and my son LOVES it,... but if spicy is what appeals to your family, this definitely won't be on your family's favorite list. But if you have a family of wide tastes and hard to please, you can't go wrong with this recipe. Spice up the side dishes to please everyone.

    I used seasoned bread crumbs and the meat was juicy and delicious! I also loved how quick the meat cooked! I had dinner on the table in 15 minutes!!
