Very easy to make - didn't have yukon potatoes so used red ones instead...Portuguese sausage was easy to find in my grocery store and tastes great - not hot at all. My kitchen smelled great!! Will make it again.

I did not have kielbasa, so I used andouille sausage instead; I also replaced the rice with potatoes, and this soup is absolutely delicious! I am actually eating it right now. I topped it with parm, as suggested in the other review and it is a well-paired addition.

Very easy to make and delicious too! I left out the rice and served it separately as an option for guests who are on a low-carb diet and they loved it. This has become a family favorite.

This is a very good soup. It is easy to prepare and doesn't take much time. Most of the ingredients are things you already have on hand.
