    I was skeptical about this recipe but I must say it turned out GREAT. The meat was so tender and juicy. My family loved it.

    This is the second time i have made this and it was wonderful, all the flavors came together, i also add carrots and cover the loin in cabbage to keep it moist, and add cabbage around and over the potatoes, i used both sweet potatoes, and regular white potatoes, and used more than the recipe called for. add some water and roasted. mmmmmmmmmm enjoy

    Not sure why the poor reviews, my pork roast was juicy, browned nicely, and delicious. I made my own stuffing, and it was totally wonderful!

    I think that this recipe is the sh*t. I just wish my homie mike ross could eat it, but he's in 2 Rivers prison in Umatilla, OR. I will make it for him when he gets out.
