I used this recipe for a dinner party. Since it takes very little time, I could wait until they arrived to cook the steak. Very good and full of flavors.

I am by know means a great cook...in fact I've just started cooking the past couple of years...but this was one of the best steaks I've ever cooked or tasted. In fact my girlfriend couldn't believe it came out of my kitchen. The red wine, rosemary, garlic, and onion sauce was fabulous. So take it from me this recipe is a "sweet" one.

This is one of the best beef recipes I have made. My whole family loves it. It is great for the weekend meal for the family or elegant enough for a diner party. Don't forget lots of bread to soak up the sauce.

I had to cook the steaks for 8 min. a side to get med rare. I would up the amount of liquid in the sauce. The onions soaked it all up before I could get it on the steaks.

The sauce was tasty and flavorful from the rosemary but there didn't seem to be enough black pepper on the steaks.

I made this for three couples along with the herbed potatoes from this same episode and everyone raved about it. The sauce was a perfect blend of flavors and was also good on the potatoes. The fresh rosemary was not overpowering and you couldn't taste the brown sugar. My steaks cooked quicker than the recipe stated, with the medium rare being well done; but no one minded. Thanks so much.

I made this recipe last night for my husband and myself. I will surely make it for a dinner party now. It was absolutely delicious! The sauce was easy and can be made alone to use with other meats or vegetables. Make sure that you serve it with crusty bread to wipe up the sauce!

I prepared these for my boyfriend and I a couple of nights ago and he is still telling me how wonderful the flavors were. Great Recipe!
