Great recipe. Elegant enough for guest and holiday meals.. A little labor intensive but well worth it..

Simply the best! This is a go to favorite. I coat the chops in Japanese style bread crumbs, brown them on both sides, and them bake them in the oven to finish. OMG! They are so good and they make an impressive dinner presentation as opposed to a ordinary chop recipe!

I only give this recipe 4 stars, necause I had to alter it a bit to make it 5! I also added snipped frsh basil in the stuffing(a must. And coated the chops in fesh parmesean bread crumbs. I then browned them on both sides, and thew them in the oven to finish. Husband said it was the best thing ever.

Awesome chops! I think the Cappocolli makes the dish! I did have a hard time finding it here in a small town but definitely worth it!

It was very simple to make and it was worth every second. We made one alteration - we marinated the chops in Stubbs brand Pork Marinade, and it gave a spicy sweetness that sealed the deal!! Highly recommend!!

it's a heart attack waiting to happen, but it is DEEELICIOUS. i had to use some random meats to replace for the ingredients listed (which i couldn't find..but they worked just as well. i'm positive you can make with healther subs and it will still be top notch!
