I changed the ground beef to !# or less chicken tenders, cooked & shredded. Instead of onion soup mix, I used 1/2 pkg frozen chopped onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 can petite diced tomatoes and 3/4 carton of chicken stock. We topped with shredded cheese and crushed corn chips. A dollop of sour cream would be good, too. Thanks so much for the basic recipe.

No changes, it was so flavorful served as a stew with chips, also made cornbread. This is a keeper!

The taste of the dish was good but it reminded me of chili without the tomatoes. It did not look good after sitting in the refrig over night. My co-workers enjoyed it but I left out most of the water; we ate it like a dip with chips.
