I Think using barBQ Sauce is to much seasoning. the meat didn't have the flavor of the sauce. A dry rub might work better.slow cooking is okay but
the crock pot could work better.

This was excellent and so easy. I cooked it for a bit longer than recommended and added large chunks of carrots about 1.5 hours before finishing. Served it with plain boiled red potatoes. My picky four year old grandson gobbled it up.
