Ingredients
  • 8 Anaheim peppers
  • 2 packages chive cream cheese
  • 4 ounces prosciutto
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil flakes
  • 1 package bacon
Directions
  • Preheat grill over medium-high heat.

  • Chop off top of peppers and remove seeds. Mix cream cheese, prosciutto, and basil together. Stuff peppers with ham and cheese mixture. Wrap with bacon, grill until done, about 5 minutes.
