Ingredients
- 2 turkey tenderlions
- 1 box couscous
- Celery
- Yellow pepper
- Green beans
- Red onion
- 4 to 6 potatoes, French Fry cut
- 4 cups oil
Directions
Pound the turkey and grill about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Follow the directions on the box for the couscous. Slice and cut the vegetables and add them to the couscous. Place the oil in a wok or wide fry pan. Heat oil to 365 degrees. Rinse the potatoes in cold water and when the oil is very hot, add them to the oil and fry until golden brown.
