I used bertolini already made pesto. I also halved the spinach recipe because I have picky eaters in my family. I did not make the greens with tomatoes because the store did not have zucchini flowers. My dad, brother and boyfriend really liked the chicken and they liked the spinach too. This was a great one time recipe to try... Probably will not make it again though.

I haven't made this recepie yet, although it sounds absolutely wonderful as is Mario. his recipes have never failed me yet.
