- 6 ears sweet white corn
- 1 pound butter
- 1 bunch cilantro, leaves chopped
- 1 pound Cotija cheese, crumbled
Preheat a grill to 350 degrees F.
Grill the corn with husks on for 30 minutes, then remove the husks. Melt the butter in a small pan over low heat and stir in the cilantro. When the corn is ready to be removed from the grill put them on a serving platrer and apply the butter mixture. Top with cheese and serve.
