Cream together butter and sugars. Mix in honey. Stir in the flours, salt and cinnamon, and mix until just incorporated. Refrigerate dough for 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Divide dough equally and fill pie pans. Bake in preheated oven until just set.

    No Graham Crakers!....this recipe FAILS1
    where's the graham crackers?
    I love making this pie recipe! It work really well!
    No hydrogenated fats (lard) and very easy to make!
     
    Maybe add a little more sugar depending on what kind of pie you're making.
     

     
    FYI: One, let the dough set in the pie pan just to make things easier. Two, this recipe will provide enough dough for two 8"-9" pies.
    I was looking for a Graham Cracker Recipe to stop buying Cheesecake Crust and this was very good. Surprised!!!!!
