Great new way to do beef tips! I skipped the juice from canned serranos (since I used frozen ones, I ran out of canned, using the tomato juice from canned tomaotes instead. I also substituted canned black beans for the dried red beans, and dried cilantro for the fresh (added with the lime juice and potaotes while they were mairnatingand added 1 T of Beef Better than Bouillon for more depth, and left out the egg yolk-and it was fabulous! My husband loved it!
