A specialty of The Kittenmuhle, just outside Zurich
Ingredients
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 6 ounces Cherry Heering liqueur
- 2 quarts strawberry ice cream, preferably home made
- 6 large strawberries
Directions
Whip cream with sugar. Fold in a bit of liqueur to taste. Divide half of cream into 6 glasses, followed by half of ice cream. Coat with half of liqueur. Top with remaining cream, ice cream and liqueur. Garnish with strawberries
