- 1 pink grapefruit, cut into supremes
- 1 white grapefruit, cut into supremes
- 1 cup grapefruit juice
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
Combine grapefruit juice, sugar and rosemary in a small saucepan. Simmer the mixture until reduced by one third. Place the supremed grapefruits in 4 small bowls, drizzle with the syrup.
