    This is the same recipe I use except I use coconut oil instead of vegetable oil. Delicious!

    the instructions for cooking the steak are perfect! I elected against the spinach but after the first three minutes I added shallots, thyme, garlic, and butter for basting. When ready to rest I poured the shallot mixture on top. it was delicious!
