- 1/2 chicken
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano leaves
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
Season 1/2 chicken with salt, pepper, oregano and lemon juice. Place on grill for about 30 minutes or until juices run clear.
