This Greek pizza was a winner! I switched regular black olives for the kalamata olives. The feta cheese was savory and perfect on the pizza and I will add more oregano next time. I crumbled the oregano between my fingers for a fine powder so as to not overpower the flavor. This was a nice change from the soggy pizza that I had made previously using pizza sauce. I had to bake my pizza longer than the suggested time, up to 14 minutes to brown the crust.

For the most part, I made this as called for in the recipe. I substituted jarred minced garlic for the garlic flakes, but that was it. My wife, son and I thought it was very good.

The tomato salad went very well with the pizza too. The fresh basil really makes it. That was also very easy to do. I'll be making this again soon...

I made this without the garlic & instead tossed cooked chicken strips in pesto. I am glad we had the extra flavor. Also added some parmesan cheese. Kids loved it!

This was very tasty. We added a few sundried tomatoes sliced up, olive oil on the crust and roasted garlic instead of the garlic flakes. The salad complimented the meal very well. It's a keeper.
