I made this dish on a whim, and my boyfriend and I both loved it! It's a great way to put make a vegetable more exciting, without adding a ton of calories. I'll definately make this one again!

This is a great and simple recipe. Shallots are wonderful things. I added a bit of fresh garlic as well. Can you say YUM! This will be made in my house often!

This was so good. I have tried many of Ellie's recipes (especially liked Superbowl and they are all great. My husband thinks she is now his favorite on food network. I have a catering business, so I watch them all to get great ideas. Thank you all for what you do so well!!!
