Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients
  • 5 to 6 anchovy fillets, mashed
  • 1 green onion, both green and white portions, minced
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh tarragon
  • 3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
  • 2 cups minced fresh chives
  • 3 cups mayonnaise (should look home-made)
Directions
  • Combine all ingredients in blender or large bowl and mix together thoroughly. Serve chilled.
