Fantastic. A big hit at a get together. I doubled the recipe and made a few changes. I only put 1 teaspoon of honey (for the doubled recipe. I used two large scallions (green and white parts. I used a large bunch of fresh cilantro (stems and all instead of the parsley and omitted the dill. I put 3 large cloves of garlic. A little over a half of a large lemon (juice and some pulp. I also used a little more olive oil and cayenne pepper. I used an emulsion blender to whip it up and garnished it with some fresh cilantro and a dash of more cayenne pepper.

I really liked this hummus. The honey gives it a sweet flavor but the cayenne kicks it up a notch. I didn't have dill so I added an extra scallion. I think this is my favorite hummus!

I think I put too much dill in....I liked all the fresh herbs though.

I don't like hummus and this is very good. The flavor is pretty light. I used cilantro and parsley instead of dill and I left out the scallion.

I made this for a family gathering (I left out the scallions due to a food allergy. Everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. It was perfect. My husband even enjoyed it and he usually won't eat hummus.

I love hummus but usually buy it, because I have never been happy with my
homemade efforts....until now. This taste different from the store bought variety, but I love the herbs, especially the soft flavour of the dill.
I make this recipe regularly and enjoy it as a snack in the middle of the morning, or as a light lunch with crudites. The best!

To paraphrase Emeril! Made a double batch and for lunch a pita sandwich with cukes and tomato from the garden-yum! Thank you, Ms. White!

Delicious! So creamy it burned out the motor on my blender, but still really tasty. I hate dill but i used the recommended amount and i didn't mind the flavor at all.

Not as creamy as I expected, but very full of flavor. I added an extra clove of garlic and extra lemon juice. The cayenne gives it some kick. I used all the herbs suggested. The video version calls for 1 t. salt, which I I added but it tasted like it needed a bit more. Took this to a party and I heard lots of rave reviews. Delish!
