I made a modified version of this salad without the peppers and onions. I used marinated ahi. The dressing was delicious and the whole salad went together in half the time. I would highly recommend this recipe.

My husband and I loved this recipe! It was a little time consuming, but all of the elements came together beautifully.

Perfect recipe for a light but filling summer dinner. Pretty & fancy enough for company. Had enough leftover to have for lunch the next day & it was every bit as good the second time around.

Everyone loves this. I make it with chicken, roasted tomatoes and roasted potatoes.

I make this salad quite often, but make the salad with whatever I have. The dressing is what is absolutely incredible. All you need is a spoon for the dressing. It can go with almost anything.
