I served this to my family 2 days after the airing of the show. It was amazing. I actually included Bobby Flays country bread and anchove flavored butter which added a delicious touch. Lots of ingredients, but easy. It was a nice break from the standard chicken or meatloaf dinners!

The sausage, shrimp & grits recipe was totally awesome. I made it last night and it ROCKED!!

I only deviated from the recipe when it came to the cheese. I used a cup and a half of sharp cheddar.

We watched this episode and dvr'd it. We're from the south so we decided to make Guest, Beef's recipe. It was absolutely amazing! Just the right bit of spice. The grilled grits and collard greens added the right amount of flavor. Have never used clam juice before. The rue was excellent. Can't wait to make the Bloody Mary cocktails either! And will have to order the sweet tea vodka. Can't find it in TX. Way to go Beefe! We can't wait to impress our friends with this oh so wonderful dish.
