An easily made recipe that is very light and delicious, perfect for summer grilling!

The chicken was tasty but the salad was bitter.

I was really surprised at how good this chicken turned out for such few ingredients in the marinade. I am about to make it for a second time in 2 weeks. I can't vouch for the salad because I would be the only one who would eat it and it would be a waste of food. Definately recommend the chicken though.

This was absolutely delicious and very easy to make! The chicken turned out to be the most flavorful chicken I have ever had in a salad. Pairing it with the arugula was a perfect match, but I can see using other salad greens and it would still be perfect. Great job Bobby! Another winner!

The previous reviewer says that the chick is tasteless; I think that they probably didn't marinate it long enough. I added 2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper flakes and marinated it for 4 hours. The salt turns the marinade into a brine which really makes the chicken delicious. I served this atop the arugula salad with twice the tomatoes, parmesan, and dressing. Lemon pepper fettucine was a nice addition.

The chicken ended up being very bland. I marinated it for approximately 2 hours. The Arugula salad was the best part of this mean. It was awesome. The salad was the reason I gave this recipe three stars. Otherwise, it would have been one.
