This is an incredible recipe - easy to make, healthy, and tasty. I used thighs without skin and they turned out great. Otherwise, I wouldn't change a thing.

This dish was so easy to make. Easy marinade, great fresh flavors. I used a grill pan, which caused the chicken to caramelize a bit. It would have been better on an outdoor grill. The miso sesame sauce was such a refreshing addition. I will definitely be making this dish again.

I didn't have a grinder for the sesame seeds so I used tahini instead, since that was what I had on hand, and that worked great. I used boneless chicken breast with the skin on, I was worried it might turn out a bit dry but it was wonderfullly moist.
I cook alot of recipes from the food network but this one really stood out as not only tasting amazingly delicious, it was easy to prepare, a feast for the eyes, and healthy too. Perfect for summer grilling.

Hey, this recipe was really tasty. My whole family ate and ate. We had a neighbor boy over and my son snuck him a piece of the chicken and he decided to stay for dinner. I'll make it again. Recipe says get Boston lettuce but we used Butter lettuce and it was a hit.. Thank you Marc
