    This is fabulous. The dressing is very flavorful,bright and refreshing but doesn't overpower the salad. I added cucumbers to the salad and will probably add shrimp and avacado next time as well. I also substituted flat leaf italian parsley from my garden for the tai basal. A very versatile recipe with endless possibilities!

    What a gorgeous recipe!

    Easy to make and incredibly zingy and tasty. I've made this a couple of times now and people rave about it and keep pinching spoonfuls from the fridge later in the day. :-

    Would HIGHLY recommend this recipe. Delicious.

    This is definitely a labor of love but very tastey. Totally worth all the effort, YUMMy! I only wish the chef's rib recipe was here as well. We saw the episode of Grill It with Bobby Flay, and the ribs looked awesome!

    I made this salad for my Labor Day Party and everyone kept asking me for the recipe. The corn was easy to cook on the grill and the dressing is so tasty. I'll be making this salad as long as corn is still in season.

    Nate Meyl is a great home chef/grill master with some great recipes he brought to this show.
