Ingredients
- 4 ears corn, shucked
- 1 to 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
Brush each ear of corn with a little oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill over medium to high heat until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes on each side for a total of 8 to 12 minutes. Serve.

Great simple recipe, I needed something basic that did not require the shucks to be on. My family all wanted more! Maybe next time I'll try some herbed butter...

I used spray on olive oil for less calories and it was very good. loved the grilled flavor.
