Good, but on the plain side. We barbecued red peppers for the veggie, and they were the star.

I was disappointed. I didn't think the chicken got much flavour from the marinade. I also really missed the garlic in the tzatziki.

A very solid recipe. I let the chicken marinade for about an hour. I didn't have the fresh herbs but I had dried on hand and it still tasted great. Will make again.

The title of the recipe is exactly the end result. The chicken marinated in the turmeric yogurt mixture comes out super moist and the tzatziki with the cucumber, fresh herbs, and lemon juice is the perfect accompaniment - full of flavor and healthy. I grilled the onion and tomato but didn't eat them so I may skip that the next time I make this even though they definitely add color to the presentation.
