    This marinade is delicious! I made it the first time with sirloin tips and had the whole table raving. It is also perfectly delicious as recipe follows.

    Excellent recipe, only suggestion is to salt the potato. We need more of the great Peruvian recipes!

    What a great and beautiful dish. Added a little Asparagus which we marinated and grilled with the onions. This recipe will be a stable this summer.
    Think it would be good with jumbo prawns too. Thank you Bobby!
