Awesome. So good, I'll never eat regular old boiled artichokes again. Next time, I'll slice the artichokes and remove the choke before I pour on the marinade.

A great twist to stuffing the artichokes as I normally do. Love the Bragg's amino acids have been using them for years in place of soy sauce with plenty of the flavor and a lot less of the sodium. Their entire line of seasonings and products has a lot to offer.

This is a great recipe. I love the spicy touch and I am excited that you are using Bragg liquid aminos since I use that instead of the regular salty soy sauces on the food market.

I use Braggs Amino's over soy sauce all the time as it reduces sodium and is also really good for you nutrition wise. This might be why he used it. This is a really great recipe - nice job Rowan!

    Hi,
I was very impressed by Rowan Finnegan. He is so down to earth and talented. He is the perfect match for Bobby Flay on Grill It!!!!!!! They were so respectful of each others talents. The artichokes look amazing. The entire show was 10 star.

Great to see Chefs taking such great care of themselves!!!!!!!!

I would love to see more of Rowan Finnegan and who is his father??? Chef, ect. with all the family recipes.

Why the Amino Acids? If to tenderize, then the cooking, both in water then on grill should do the trick. Anyone have info on this?
