A favorite dish in our house. Today, the only grapes available were the ones with seeds, so I sliced them in half or quarters and removed the seeds. No arugula available so we used watercress. It all worked brilliantly!

I made this last night for dinner and it was delicious! A perfect
combination of ingredients. I subsituted a couple of garlice cloves and a small onion for the shallot. The pork was flavorful, juicy and
tender and the salad, grapes and blue cheese went so well together.
Very easy to make and fast. Will definitely make again.

Really, really good. I made a little extra dressing and will make it again for our salads. Don't let the grapes steer you away, the sweetness counters the balsamic like a match made in heaven.

This recipe was both flavorful and easy! I didn't have a shallot, so I substituted a yellow onion, which worked just fine.

I have 3 kids, 1 of which enjoyed the salad and the other 2 ate just the pork chop. Overall, it was a success! I will definitely make this recipe again.

Really liked this recipe, but not a fan of blue/gorgonzola cheese, so we used Feta cheese instead. Also, due to me kids not liking shallots, I made a new batch of the dressing without shallots. Kids liked it, and so did the wife.

Just wondering if anyone made this with a pork tenderloin. I want to try it. Would you just slice the tenderloin and grill. thanks

This dish is delicious! It's super easy and quick to make. I added in zucchini and toasted pine nuts and then used goat cheese instead of the gorgonzola. This is my second time making it and I'll definitely be making it again.

My family loves this! It taste great and smells delicious. My parents are always asking for this and even my brother's girl friend who is a picky eater liked it. The pork chops were tender and they went great with the arugula and blue cheese. It's the perfect dish for spring and summer and it's a definite favorite in our house :
