This a a most impressive and delicious dish for a barbecue. It looks elegant, it's easy to make and I got rave reviews from my guests. Would definitely make it again

I had leftover grilled pork chops and this was perfect as a meal the next day. I just warmed up the chops after slicing them and drizzled the dressing over everything. I did add a bit of garlic to the dressing since we love garlic. I added raspberries instead of grapes since I made a glaze from them when I grilled the chops very good with white balsamic vinegar in the dressing. Went with the feta as it was milder. Can't wait to try this when I do a tenderlion and add the Roaring Fourties Blue to it.

Changes marinated the chops for a couple of hours in the dressing. As others have said watch the amount of dressing yoou use on the salad, easy to over dress.

I am going to try this with a pork tenderloin.

Easy to make. Could easily use chicken or steak as well. Be careful not to over dress the leaves (it is strong. Next time I am going to add walnuts. Will make it again!

Delicious although i substitued a little as well. With garlic and onion. Anyways looked beautiful and tasted wonderful, even though i was iffy while making it. I did however have to cook the pork much longer than the recipe states. Will probably make the salad recipe again with spinach and no pork maybe chicken to see how it tastes. I love these easy recipes!

This was a fabulous meal! We substituted garlic for the shallots (what we had on hand and instead of the blue cheese we added feta cheese. This was a great meal, healthy and delicious. I think I will stick with the feta cheese, I can't imagine it being any better!
