After seeing all these great reviews for this dressing, I keep reviewing the recipe thinking I must have made a mistake when making it. I can't find any problems though. This is one of the worst Caesar dressings I've ever had. The taste of red wine vinegar overpowers all the other flavors. I won't bother retrying it, but for others trying this, I'd say to start with only 1/2 or 1 tablespoon of the red wine vinegar. Definitely not a typical Caesar dressing - nor the spicy taste I was hoping for.

This is similar to a recipe by Bobby Flay...but the dressing is a bit more smooth with subtle flavors. I highly recommend thin. I used anchovy paste instead of anchovies..just wonderful...

Made this for a dinner party and everyone loved it. I'll make this recipe over and over again.

If you like southwest flavors and ceasar salad, you won't be able to irrisist this!!!! I am soooo hooked on this dressing. Bobby should get this bottled because it is far better than any other I have had!!!
Thank-you Bobby!! I am never disappointed!

I have had several different Caesar dressings homemade, but this is the best by far. I first made it for my family and everyone loved it. I will continue making this hit.

I saw Bobby make this on tv and was intrigued. I didn't add the anchovies as I didn't have them and only added 1 Tble of honey. Best salad I've ever had!!!!
