Easy and really nice. Used pork chops, instead of lamb. Can't wait to have it with lamb too!

I'm not sure why this recipe currently only has 4 stars. Maybe it's because the ingredients are so simple and easy. These lamb chops are rockin'!!!! Man they were so good. I didn't even use a lamb chop (because they were too expensive and didn't look all that great, I'm not sure what the cut was but it was like fairly large cubed pieces of lamb. Great job to the Deen brothers!

I marinated the lamb chops on a plate, turning every so often for about an hour at room temperature. Then seared in a grill pan on the stove over medium high heat. Get a good crust on both sides, til med. rare. Excellent! Served with arugula with a little olive oil and lemon juice. Perfect.

I am telling you, this is the only way to fix lamb chops. Years ago friends from Iraland turned us on to lamb. I like flavor, so 20 years ago I found rosemary and garlic turned lamb chops into yum instead of just okay. A coworker raises lambs to sell and process, yes I buy a lamb a year. Thank you Paula for letting folks know that lamb is the other meat. CW from Siloam Springs, Ar.

It is a must to overnight marinate - lots of garlic & rosemary - we thoroughly enjoyed
