Great dinner! We used leftover guac from Tyler Florence. Didn't make the salsa but we had some in the fridge.

These are amazing! Every part was easy and very tasty. Even my absurdly picky eater loved it. I had enough leftovers to make a pizza the next day - might actually have been better than the night before! Definitely going in the rotation.

I was looking to try a different kind of pizza. So I tried this recipe and was so glad I did! This pizza was a total flavor explosion! Loved it !!!!!

Two chipotles were plenty of heat for me. And keep in mind that the rub recipe makes twice as much as you need for the pizza and I found the salsa was about twice as much too. I also liked dividing the dough into four pieces since it is easier to grill that way. Double up on the dough, chicken, and cheese and you've got 8 personal-sized pizzas!

This was truly a great new twist on pizza. I usually never make my guac with all those spices but thought it might be an important flavor in the dish. It was. All of the components came together like the perfect party in your mouth. I will definately be making this again and again. I did cut back on the chipotle as hubby doesn't like that much heat.

I made this recipe exactly as it says, and it was incredible! My husband and I both loved it.

The only thing I'll change the next time I make it (and there will be several more next times is to maybe double the guacamole part. We love our guacamole, and with the amount that the recipe calls for - we were scraping the sides of the bowl to get every last bit out.

All the flavors go really, really well together!

I was skeptical - looking at the show, reviewing the recipe - it looked like it was missing 'something' - sauce??? Anyway - my wife made the dough from scratch, other than that, we followed the recipe exactly. I cannot believe how good it was. AMAZING.

I bought a packet of taco seasoning mix, and it worked well for this. I also added black beans when I added the cheese and chicken to the crust.
My husband liked this one. And it was fun to let everyone add their own guacamole, salsa and sour cream to their pizza.

I saw Aaron make this. I used Pillsbury "thin crust" dough and didn't need to roll it out. Just streched it on the floured counter. The rub for the chicken is great! I "marinated" it during the day. I decided to just cut up avocado and put cut up tomatoes, cilantro and onion on it as well as sour cream. Everyone put on what they wanted. Very easy and fun. Great to make for a crowd. Tasted like a specialty pizza at some "swanky" restaurant. Will definitely make this again. Family loved it!

I saw Aaron make this and had to try it. The only thing I did different was to start with a layer of refried beans and then added the cheese and chicken. Not only did I grill the chicken outside, but I also grilled the pizzas. The flavor was amazing, my family loved it!
    Thanks Aaron!
