You may have trouble finding the Spice in a Smaller Area.Experiment with any Exotic Spice You like and easily available. If able, try to make your own pizza dough.Gives a better texture and can make ahead and at the last 30 minutes to an Hour take out and allow to bring down the "chill factor".Goes well with Any Protein.Don't force into One Genre if tired of Chicken.Try Pork Tenderloin that goes on sale often.Look for the "Natural" without being injected,Grind or have ground and cook at Home.Great

I just made this tonight and thought it would be much easier to buy Greek pita bread, and then do as he recommends. It would be so much easier and probably taste better. The Zatar flavor is wonderful with this dish!

I love za'atar and this is so easy and quick and delicious. Experiment with your za'atar and use it sprinkled in salads, on meat, in soups, on eggs, etc. It's a wonderful herb mixture of oregano, thyme, sumac, salt, and sesame seeds and is available at.sadaf.com. or any Middle Eastern grocery if you're lucky enough to live near one.

Zatar is one of the most delicious Middle Eastern Spices. This is traditionally eaten for breakfast in the Middle Easter. Sometimes one can melt cheese in it as well. It can also be baked in the oven open faced like a pizza. Very good! I highly recommend this.
