- 8 to 10 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 part white chocolate liqueur
- 1 part coffee liqueur
- 1 part brandy
- Whipped cream, for garnish
- Shaved chocolate, for garnish
Scoop ice cream into a blender. Pour in white chocolate liqueur, coffee liqueur, and brandy. Make sure the top of the blender is tightly in place and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve topped with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
Cook's Tip: Use more scoops of ice cream, if you want a thicker shake.
