This is awesome! It is better if resting more than one hour before serving. I like it with corn chips.

This recipe is so easy and is NO FAIL ! It just works. Large amount so you may want to bring to next get together or share with a neighbor - I did. Get to the supermarket and stock up on those beans! Love Guy's show and great recipes.

Luckily, I know Guy, so I shot him an email to ask where the heck one finds peppadews. His answer was the "olive bar" at our local market. He left out the part where they have another name. They are also known as "Sweet Piquante Peppers", and this is what they were called at the olive bar. They taste just awesome all by themselves! You can also get them online, if you can't find them locally. I highly suggest finding and using them.

I was surprised I didn't like this bean salad very much as it looked good on the show and all the high ratings reinforced that thought. But no one much liked it here as it was *missing* something. I much prefer is Black bean salad (I have made that six or seven times and love it every time

I made this dish but didn't have the perperdelles, so I substituted about 1 tsp Chili Powder for that same bold flavor. Goes great with BBQ.

This was incredibly great tasting. I did not have red wine vineger so I used rice wine vinegar, but it still tasted great. I used it as a side dish and added it to a green salad with chicken pieces. The thing I love best about this flavorful side is the high protien!
