Awesome but I could not, for the life of me, get the onion rings right event hough i had the temp right. All the coating came right off =( I ended up raising the heat and just cooking the buttermilk soaked onions alone... and the toppings (milked flour ketchup mix together then mixed into panko and dropped crumbs into fryer with onions over em. kids liked em just the same but next time I will shoot for a higher heat first

Sorry, didn't make the sandwich yet, but did make the rings last night, and my husband and I loved them. I have been looking for a good ring recipe, and finally found one.....thanks Guy these are awesome. Will be my only ring recipe from now on...can't wait to share with the rest of my family. I am the only made from scratch cooker, so I know they will all enjoy.

This is hands down the best tasting sandwich I have ever made. There are so many different tastes going on that it is like a burst of excitement every time you take a bite. This would not be the same sandwich if you left out even one of the ingredients so make sure you make it just like the recipe. I used Tapatio for the hot sauce in the onion rings and I used roasted red peppers in a jar instead of the long process of roasting red bells. I am serving this at my party on Labor Day...Thanks Guy for a great recipe!

i just made the turkey, I used a digital meat thermometer so it was the correct temp, I think I would brine it longer, I am hoping that once I dress the sandwich it will better. It needs something.

The turkey was bland, so I added seanoning to the sandwhich. However, the onion ring were awsome. After adding extra seasnoing to the turkey the sandwhiches were great.
