Excellent dish! My 16 y/o son made this without any problems. Loved the flavors it offered. A real keeper!

Very good! I have never rolled chicken before, so being nervous I cooked it a few more minutes. (became a little dry Oops the sauce was great and next time I will make more of it.

I made this for the first time for my husband.
We both enjoyed this dinner so much. It is simple, and really yammy!

The filling was already delicious but I added lemon zest and pine nuts to it for a little more tang and texture.

Very tasty! We made just two chicken breasts and put the rest of the filling in the fridge, and it kept pretty well for using another night.

I loved the recipe because it gave me something new to try, and the mixed ingredients were amazing. The only thing that I would change next time is the amount of salt. I do not know if it was because I used Kosher salt, but the stuffing came out a little salty...but tasty.

I made this for dinner tonight and was very happy with it. I also bought thin cut cutlets as another reviewer suggested, but stuffing them was a bit tricky. Managed to keep the stuffing in place with 3-4 toothpicks and the end result was delicious!

Delicious and very satisfying. I made it just as Guy suggested and we loved it. Sun dried tomatoes have their own wonderful flavor but with the artichokes added it was truly mouth-watering! Thanks Guy!

This totally "explodes" in your mouth. I made a few changes but stuck with most of the recipe. Added some fresh spinach. I just layered the chicken and sauce and baked at 350 for about 20 minutes. I think this is the first recipe of Guy's that I have made. Will definitely be looking for more of his. This was also south beach diet worthy (phase 1....just FYI. thanks guy!!
