Excellent. I used thin-sliced chicken breast to save the hassle of pounding. I also seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper, pan fried it for ~3 minutes each side then placed it in the oven at 350 for 8 minutes. I also did not stuff the chicken, but rather just placed the stuffing on top of the breasts before putting it in the oven. Really, really good.

This recipe was on the bland side. I did a taste run of it before a dinner party and thank goodness I did that. Flat tasting as it was written. I revved the filling up with some chili spice and some rosemary and lemon zest. It was still not where I wanted it to be, but the guests all enjoyed it.

I made this recipe a few times for company and everyone loves it.! Once it was almost cooked I put the chicken and its juices in the crock pot and surprisingly it turned out tender.

I made this last night it was awesome!! I didn't roll the chicken I browned it in the same pan I cooked the artichoke/tomato mix then placed the chicken in a baking dish topped with artichoke/tomato mix and baked for 20 minutes to cook the chicken. It made it very moist.

It is great paired with: Spinach, Feta & Bacon as a side , The recipe didn't mention to cut the chicken in half to make it thinner before pounding it out ,you should check out the video as a quick recap before making this dish

I made this dish last night and it was really delicious, and not overly complicated either. I did tweak it a bit, cutting portions in half since it's only my boyfriend and me and as much as I love leftovers.

I read below about adding spinach to the recipe and I highly recommend it. It was a great addition. As well as I didn't use any butter. Main complaint was that the chicken was dry. Any suggestions to help this?
