A satisfying alternative slaw for those of us who hate cabbage slopped around in mayonnaise! Perfect with grilled meats!!

Delish! And doesn't even need lots of time to marinate. I made it 1.5 hours before serving, and it was perfectly flavorful. Crunchy, colorful, tangy, yummy. Definitely not your average, run-of-the-mill cole slaw!

Guy, we love watching you. This slaw was a wonderful balance of crunch and savory - the dressing was just perfect. Didn't use bean sprouts (didn't have any but otherwise followed the recipe except for grating the ginger and garlic so it would melt into the dressing. Thanks GUY!

I think this dressing needs more sesame seed oil.

The dressing was amazing, just mixed it with what I had on hand -- it will work with anything. I did go a little lighter on the soy, season to your personal taste or depending on mix of greens/veggies. Will definitely make again, the huge bowl I made was gone, my husband gave it a 10 (and he's a tough critic.

This is a refreshing, new taste for cole slaw and it works great with everything! Pair w/ grilled fish, chicken or shrimp and you have a full meal and better calories choice than regular slaw. You gotta try this one!

I was so tired of the usual coleslaw recipes and saw Guy prepare this on TV. It looked so good I made it as a side dish for my smoked chicken. Oh my goodness this is DELICIOUS! Crunchy, not too sweet. Just wonderful. I don't know anyone who actually tries this can say they don't like it....and I emphasize anyone who ACTUALLY tries this. Those two anonymous posts who bashed this recipe and Guy need to find something else to do...like actually cook. Guy is fun and this recipe rocks.
