Didn't have all the ingredients for this recipe, so mine was mainly the dressing over two kinds of cabbage, but it still rocked! Great blend of flavors in the dressing. I thought the amount of soy sauce would overpower but it didn't.

This was a great slaw and it was a nice replacement for a salad.

I hate cole slaw, but I have already made this 3 times in the last 3 weeks. Prep work is tedious, but well worth it. The only slaw I have ever liked.

I made this dressing and used it on my own mix of veggies for the slaw. I used napa cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, and cilantro. (my husband isn't a fan of onions. My guests went back for seconds!! I loved it too! The dressing is what made it so good. ( I did cheat a bit and added about a tablespoon of sesame oil, instead of a teaspoon, because it is one of my favorite flavors!
I might use less sugar next time, but I did like the sweetness it added.

Fresh, tangy, crunchy. Something I would serve at a gathering everytime - it is very safe that EVERYONE would enjoy it. Love Love Love it.
