Just in regards to the chicken tenders (I made my own dipping sauce, I thought the coating had a very nice crunchy texture that stayed on well during frying but the chicken was just not as flavorful as I had expected it to be.

The hubby & I made the chicken along with the Mac Daddy 'n Cheese today. We didn't make the honey dijon dipping sauce but I'm sure it would have added another dimension to the experience. If you have the time to make this recipe you should definitely try it. We are now stuffed and ready for a nap!!

This just isn't better than chicken tenders made with a coating of corn flakes, and its more expensive and more work. The dipping sauce is nice though. Note that I baked rather than fried the tenders.

We tried this just last night and it was WONDERFUL! My husband loved it! I can say that I will make this recipe again but it will serve on a nice big green salad! Oh how yummy! I didn't use the spicy dijon sauce I ate it just as is! the only thing I will change in the recipe next time is I am going to try a little raw egg in the buttermilk mixture to see if the crumbs might stick better to the chicken when cooking! A definate keeper!

I made this chicken and the dijon sauce for my husband, and he absolutely loved it! The sauce was perfect with the chicken if you like spicy food. Love you, Guy!!! Your shows are the best!

Turned out okay, didn't have as much flavor as I expected. I guess I prefer more southern traditional breading. When I saw it on the show, it looked like a great dish.
