This was very tasty. It was pretty easy to make. I made it with Spaghetti, but if I was to make it again, I would use penne as others have mentioned.

This is the best basic quick pasta dish I have had. I have used it with chicken also. The bacon is fabulous. Going to try it with some cooked Italian sausage.

I love new pasta recipes...This one did not disappoint! I used Rotel tomatoes instead of fresh, because that's all I had...I like spicy, so I was good with this...For my family, I would probably leave out the red pepper flakes, since I used the Rotel tomatoes...Good job, Guy!!

Agreed with br0607 and prefer fettucini vs spaghetti! My family loved it and I'll make it on a regular basis. Tastes like a dish you'd find in a remote part of Tuscany.

Time to go shopping so I was looking for somthing that I could make with items on-hand. I substituted a packet of red pepper seasoning (from Pizza Hut for the red chile flakes and otherwise went by the numbers. It came out great with just the right amount of heat.

AMAZING! Simple and easy to make but packs SO much flavor! It was a major hit at our New Year party! Everyone was asking for the recipe. I followed the exact recipe but the only difference was that I used fetuccini rather than spaghetti..it looks fancier with the fettuccini.

This recipe is super easy and delicious! Sauteeing the onions and garlic in the bacon grease adds so much flavor!

If you love bacon then you will love this recipe, even if you don't love bacon you will after you make this! This is so wonderful and the little bit of heat from the red chili flakes puts this over the top. I have made this numerous times and each time I love it even more. It taste so good that I don't even want to share it with my husband. I also shared this recipe with a friend and they loved it so much they made it twice in one week. You won't find this much flavor at any chain Italian Restaurant. Make this tonight!!!
