This one is definitely in my regular rotation. I make it at least once a month and it is so easy and so delicious! I like things spicy so I usually add Thai chillis to kick it up a notch. Make sure you crisp your bacon up nicely--adds great texture.

Loved this one. Made it zackly as described in recipe. Will do so again. A bit spicy...which for me is not spicy enough. So we're good.

This was delicious! A little dry-but good. The flavor was definitely present-I trimmed off all the bacon fat-so I think I lost some juice there-also next time-think I'll use diced canned tomatoes
for some extra liquid. Also used 1/2 cup red wine. Served over Penne-will make again! Love your recipes Guy!

I make this pasta every year for my husband's birthday. So easy and good. I have used can tomatoes in the past and it still turns out just fine.

This turned out GREAT! I took a cue from other reviews and used only 1/2 tsp red pepper....plenty spicy! I used pancetta, cut in a large dice.....and large grape tomatoes which I halved. They were really juicy and so made plenty of sauce. Also used fettucine, which soaked the sauce up nicely. We will definitely make this again. Thanks, Guy!

This was very tasty. It was pretty easy to make. I made it with Spaghetti, but if I was to make it again, I would use penne as others have mentioned.

This is the best basic quick pasta dish I have had. I have used it with chicken also. The bacon is fabulous. Going to try it with some cooked Italian sausage.

I love new pasta recipes...This one did not disappoint! I used Rotel tomatoes instead of fresh, because that's all I had...I like spicy, so I was good with this...For my family, I would probably leave out the red pepper flakes, since I used the Rotel tomatoes...Good job, Guy!!
