AWESOME! We love pasta and this receipe is better than some 'alike' restaurant dishes we have eaten. Had plenty for leftovers. Serve with a glass of red wine and fresh italian bread! YUM

Love this!! Didn't care for the fresh tomatoes. Second time I made this used fire roasted tomatoes. Instead of panceta I used turkey bacon. Third time I made it added chicken. Fourth time I cripsed up the entire dish in a pan. Kids and husband just love it.

So delicious with a great balance of flavors. Also, very easy to make and not very time consuming or expensive.

Easy, fairly quick (just prep and not too expensive. Light meal with powerful flavors. Extremely versatile with multiple styles of chicken.

Really, really good! I halved the recipe for 2 people, and used canned diced tomatoes. It was great to find that I had all the ingredients on hand.

My favourite recipe so far!!! Extremely tasty and easy to make....my mother-in-law said it tasted like something she would get from a restaurant.

OMG, this was so delicious! At first I wondered if they were going to be enough "goobers" to cover a whole box of spaghetti. There was!! This was a great meal for company. Served it with asparagus, whole-grain bread and a red wine...everyone loved it! Will definately be making this again and again. Thanks Guy!

Very, very good. I loved it. My kids loved it too but my younger one thought it was on the spicy side so I'll cut down on the pepper flakes next time. This recipe is exactly how I'd hope it taste. I told my husband the next time he wants to surprise me with cooking, please make this for me.

To CookHooked...it's Kosher salt. You can find it in the aisle with the spices and salt and pepper. It's a coarser grained salt. You could probably use sea salt too, just not the fine grained iodized table salt. Tastes better and healthier for you too!
