I made this tonight and I loved it....I never bought the chipotle sauce before, so when I went to the market today ( I went to a Mexican Market I picked 3 different jars and asked which one was the best. San Marcos (not too hot...I made it exactly like Guy did and it was NOT too hot. It was perfect!!!!!! By the way I don't like super spicy food....Thanks Guy!

We made these for super bowl appetizers and they were a big hit! We cut out the red pepper flakes but they still had enough kick without being too hot. But you can taste and adjust if you like it with more heat. It was so easy!! I love the flavor that the adobo gives.

Made this app for family Super Bowl Party and it was a hit! Shrimp were firm and tasty, bacon added a nice saltiness, the sauce was dynamite and the bbq gave it a nice smokey flavor. I varied the amount of heat by toning down the red pepper but it still brought tears to the eye. In-laws, nieces, nephews were raving about even through the halftime show. Will definitely make again. Way to go Guy!!

I used Sweet Baby Ray's Raspberry Chipotle Barbeque sauce and added 2 Tablespoons of raspberry preserves to the sauce. Start the sauce early & let it reduce so it sticks to the bacon & shrimp better. This has become our "signature dish" for our summer pool parties.

Every camping trip we have, I am requested to bring this appetizer. The guys love the hot!! I make enough sauce and freeze for later use. Have used the sauce on chicken and pork. Great appetizer!

At work my team had a tailgate lunch party and I decided to make the Bacon-Wrapped Shirmp. They all loved it (all 20 of them and now I am committed to bringing them for the Christmas holiday luncheon.

Thanks Guy for the great dish.

Thamks Guy. Your dish was beyond my hopes. I fixed it for lunch yesterday and loved it. I'm going to make it for our family and friends for a tailgate snack as we tour the vineyard and apple orchards this weekend up at Apple Hill, California! It was drool delicious!

This recipe was wonderful and really got our group BBQ feast going. The shrimp with the smokiness of the bacon is always a great combo, and the warmth of the chipotle was a nice finish. I think the one star negative contributor might need to find another chef that fits more their taste and style instead of being so negative towards Fieri.

I've made this twice now to rave reviews! The spicy yet sweetish sauce is hubby's favorite ever & he's pretty picky 'bout his sauce. My only "complaint" would be that you really need to double it to get 6 servings...that's how fast these go!
