    I saw him cook this on his show and thought, man, it can't be THAT good, but I was oh so very wrong. This is the perfect compliment to grilled steaks. I did not use all of the sour cream mixture because I don't like my "salad" that wet. All 3 of my men, husband and 3 sons, loved, loved, loved it!!!! Thanks Guy!!!

    This is gonna go with steaks the way potato salad goes with gumbo!!!

    My friends were a little hesitant to try this but ended up loving it! A great twist to the boring old potato salad we all grew up with.
    I cut back on the amount mayo and there was still plenty of dressing to thoroughly mix and distribute evenly.
    Very easy to prepare. Will be one of my count on side dishes.

    Loved the dressing and the bacon also added great flavor. My Mom has always been the potato salad maker in our family, but this one has hers beat! You bet I'll make this one again....and again.

    I watched the show and comparing the show and the receipe here the amounts of may and sour cream have been switched. Just flip flop them and you should be all set.

    I fixed the baked potato salad for a family get together and it was awesome. I was looking for an alternative to the same ol-same ol mustard potato salad and came across this recipe. This will be the only potato salad I fix from now on. Loved it!
