I didn't cook any of the veggies other than the corn. I added feta cheese and used balsamic vinegar instead of cider vinegar. This was a delicious cold salad!

I have made this several times... The best side dish.... Didn.t change to many steps in the recipe. Everyone loves this combo... roasted corn in the oven for the grilling effect....perfect...

my family loved this. I added a little more vinegar. this is even good when left over and you can scoop it up with tortilla chips for a snack. does anyone know how i can write a note (such as add a little more vinegar on recipes in my recipe box?

I forgot to put in the vinegar and I because I don't have a grill I put some Cajun seasonings on the red peppers and onion before cooking them. SO good! I will defiantly be making this over and over again!

I don't know why this has such high ratings. It is boring and vinegary. I did not like it and neither did my husband! Wish I would have combined the ingredients fresh with olive oil so I could actually taste the corn. Even tried the lime juice to try to 'fix' it... no luck! Do not recommend.

I love recipes where ingredients called for are simple and what I happen to have on hand. I have to admit that I didn't have the snow peas, but I was able to use left over ears of corn I had in the fridge. Nice flavors, and picky boyfriend was surprised it was better than he expected.

Had some grilled corn left over from the 4th, so decided to try the recipe. Followed the recipe with the reviews in mind. Add some lime juice and after it all cooled, cut up 2 tomato and chilled. Turned out great! The black beans texture little crunchier than desired, next time saute longer! Thank you Guy!

this is an amazing side dish! the flavors are wonderful & my kids love it! definitely let the mix sit for a bit before serving - gives those flavors time to mingle & become outstanding. perfect for a cookout! i've made this a few times & everytime people are so amazed that they love it so much!
